How We Work

Although we are neither the largest nor the most expensive workroom in New England, we pride our selves on our staff’s 80+ years of professional window treatment experience.

• Jan Naylor, our founder and manager, is available to travel to your clients’ homes for measuring, problem solving, suggestions, and to give you a written estimate. She also accompanies our installer on many installations.
• Either you or your installer may measure the job, fax or e-mail us your specs and we will return a written estimate, generally within 48 hours.
• You may send us your order and do your own estimating from our printed price list.
• Jan’s problem solving, either by phone, fax or e-mail is available to all of our designers.
• Our professional installers will deliver and install the finished products.
• If you prefer to manage your installations you may pickup at the workroom or we can ship UPS. All uninstalled products are FOB Laconia, NH.
• All we need from you is a signed purchase order or estimate as well as a 50% deposit. This places your work onto our four week production schedule.
